Founded almost 70 years ago, the company is ISO 9001:2000 certified, with its head office and factory in Skipton, North Yorkshire, in the north of England.
The company designs and manufactures all of its sandblasting, blast cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning equipment on a 10,000 square metre site. The well-equipped sales departments, test and demonstration equipment, as well as the central warehouse and distribution department for all spare parts and materials for sandblasting are also located here.
The GUYSON range of washing and cleaning equipment mainly includes sandblasting, jet washing and ultrasonic cleaning machines, both manually operated for repair shops and small-scale production, and automatic for use in automatic production lines. At the same time, the range of tasks solved by Guyson equipment is extremely wide – from simple washing and cleaning to special surface preparation, shot peening, burr and scale removal, combined processes and even decorative decoration of materials.

Guyson Sandblasting Equipment – an internationally recognized premium processing system, available in a wide range of sizes and with a variety of options for blast guns and nozzles, rotary tables, cyclones and filtration units. Fully sealed Euroblast and Formula line machines with closed-loop circulation of blasting material inside the machine – especially for use in the workshop. A huge variety of different types of sand with particle sizes from a few microns to several millimetres are offered as blasting material – from corundum and ceramic chips to metal shot, glass beads and crushed walnut shells... Guyson Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment – precision ultrasonic cleaning and degreasing equipment for many applications, including water and solvent systems for precision cleaning and degreasing. Guyson ultrasonic cleaners have electronic controls, a digital display with programmable heating, a timer and other options, and are available in a wide range of volumes from 2 to 45 liters. Digital controls allow the solution to be heated in a temperature range from 20°C to 80°C and maintain the selected temperature in 1°C increments so that the optimum temperature can be selected for a specific combination of part material, cleaning solution and contaminant. At the same time, the processing time can be pre-programmed from 6 seconds to 99.9 minutes in 6-second increments. More details…
Guyson Automatic and Conveyor Systems – a wide variety of automatic and conveyor systems for serial cleaning in serial and mass production conditions. These are rotary drum systems, multiple nozzle systems, as well as conveyor cleaning systems, including those designed for inclusion in an integrated washing module located before or after the sandblasting station. This allows finishing units to be incorporated into large production lines and provides full automation of the finishing process.
