REKTAŞ MOTOR Renewal Machines Manufacturing was founded in 1992 in the industrial centre of Turkey, Konya. Since then, REKTAŞ (correct Turkish name sounds like REKTASH) has been constantly following the developments and innovations in technology and attaches great importance to research and development in the field of engine manufacturing and repair technology.
The company occupies more than 2000 m2 of indoor space, with qualified personnel and equipment for machining castings and blanks, as well as assembly and debugging of machines. In addition to the production of new machines, the company also carries out orders for high-quality restoration of old equipment for the repair of engines of different brands.
REKTAŞ understands the quality and service of its products, which are realized only through customer-oriented thinking and the understanding that this process extends to all stages – from design to production and operation of machines in workshops and master classes.

Since 2022, REKTAŞ MOTOR Renewal Machines Manufacturing has been our partner, and now we are representing REKTAŞ brand equipment in the Eastern European markets. Our interest in this equipment is explained by the fact that with high quality, which is ensured by an extremely successful design and advanced production technology, the company maintains prices for these machines significantly below the market at the economy class level. Moreover, for some models of REKTAŞ machines, prices are lower than for similar ones from India and China.

The REKTAŞ range of machine tools for engine parts repair includes grinding machines for grinding crankshafts, machines for boring cylinder blocks, honing machines for honing cylinders, boring machines for boring connecting rods. Previously, the plant’s production program also included horizontal boring machines for bearings and surface grinding machines for processing planes, but now the plant does not produce these two types of machines, but only performs their factory restoration (including machines from other manufacturers, mainly Italian ones).
RTK series hydraulic cylindrical grinding machine is designed for precision grinding of crankshafts and is an excellent solution for precise machining of car and truck engine crankshafts. RTE series vertical boring machines with milling function are high-quality universal equipment for boring any blocks and cylinders, built on the basis of many years of experience in processing engine parts. Surface grinding machines are designed for processing any surfaces, including grinding and milling flat surfaces of blocks, cylinder heads and other parts. The factory does not currently produce new machines of this type, but it does perform a complete factory update of mainly Italian machines of previous years of production, the most common in Turkey.
Line-boring machines for cylinder head and block bearings are designed for boring the bearing holes of cylinder heads and blocks of any engines. The factory does not currently produce new machines of this type, but restores machines from different companies, which after restoration are no different from new ones, but are several times cheaper than the original.
