ROBBI machine range for engine part repair mainly includes machines for the repair, restoration and inspection of components of the lower part of the engines — the crank mechanism and the cylinder-piston group. Crankshaft grinding machines

They allow grinding the shafts up to 6000 mm long and up to 6000 kg weighing. They are ones of the best machines in this machine class. They satisfy all the technical requirements for the restoration of both single parts and small or medium series of crankshafts. Surface grinding/milling machines for cylinder block and head plates

Conrod boring and grinding machines

They allow boring and grinding the holes of the upper (piston) and lower (crank) heads of any connecting rods with holes diameters of 13-160 mm with a center distance of 90-530 mm. The machines have an accurate and fast centering of the connecting rod hole with a special centering device with indicator, in which provides the centering of various types of connecting rods for less than 20 seconds, and the centering of the same connecting rod takes less than 10 seconds. High precision direct reading measuring device, special fast tool with easy adjustment for boring and/or grinding, main spindle mounted on adjustable anti-friction precision bushings, specially designed for fine boring/grinding of all diameters, make work easy, fast and accurate.

They allow honing any cylinders with a diameter of 30-400 mm and a length up to 2200 mm. The machines of the SET YUM line are able to quickly remove large allowances and machine holes accurately. Represented by models with manual and automatic feed of abrasive stones for unclamping, including those with smooth electronic control of the rotating speed and feed, electronic control of the vertical feed of the honing head and the feed of honing stones for unclamping, including electronic indication of parameters. A large selection of special multi-stone (5-6 stones) honing heads ensures fast and accurate honing of any hole. For heavy workpieces and high performance requirements, the machines can be equipped with special removable tables and hydraulic clamping devices. Tube horizontal honing machines LYOR.

Allows honing of tubes up to 8000 mm long and 26-400 mm in internal diameter. The LYOR line of horizontal tube honing machines are among the best machines in this class of machines. They have smooth adjustment of spindle rotation and feed, part rotation, as well as hydraulic feed of honing head bars for expansion. Machines of this line can process both a fixed part fixed on prismatic supports and be equipped with chucks with a reliable clamping system and part drive, which make it possible to rotate the part in the direction opposite to the rotation of the honing head.
